Diet Basics

Our current diet was designed and discovered (rediscovered?) through experience and study. In many ways, it is a return to the basics of human nutrition.

It is specifically designed to maximize the nutrients that you get out of every bite of food that passes your lips, and it avoids foods that uses processing and storage practices that destroys it's value and quality.

The end result is that you eat less, and your body's functioning is maximized.
